Pre-order the new album, ‘I Tell A Fly’, and listen to ‘God Save The Jungle’ HERE.
‘I Tell A Fly’. In little words – it’s a story about two wandering flies finding fleet. I am neither a politician nor prophet but an artist who creates to only entertain is no better than a con. I hope this album fulfils its purpose as the continuation from ‘At Least For Now’. Thank you for your kindness, warmth, patience and unparalleled support. Ars brevis, vita longa.
I have carefully observed and come to the conclusion that my England is as much of a Jungle as Calais. I grew up in a Christian family but grew out of it due to some unforeseeable misfortunes. Yet, I still wonder if there’s a God out there to save us all. Or will we forever wander, till the road leads home.
Dear friends, I am excited to start The Wandering Tour. During the space of two years I wandered like everyone else looking for a safe haven, perhaps mine wasn’t for food but art and for that I am glad. Take care of yourselves and see you in the Wandering.

You may have heard of the rescheduling of our performance at the Carnegie Hall. As it happens when it rains … knee deep in mixing, mastering and fine tuning the album. We’re almost there but I’m afraid we’re having to cancel our Sasquatch performance next month to finish. The festival has a fantastic lineup with Bonobo, and we hope you will enjoy the festival without us on board. We hope to return to Sasquatch another year and sorry we won’t see you there this time.
Benjamin will now be playing Carnegie Hall on 5th October 2017 with tickets now available here: https://www.carnegiehall.org/Calendar/2017/10/5/0800/PM/Benjamin-Clementine/
All previous ticket holders will be contacted about a refund.
After much deliberation and with deep regret we have to announce that we’ve decided to postpone our Carnegie Hall performance, scheduled for Wednesday 13th April. We would like to extend our sincere apologies to everyone who has bought a ticket and made plans to come and see us next week, and for any inconvenience and hardship this decision may cause. The new date will be confirmed as soon as possible, with all current tickets refunded.
Unfortunately, and for reasons outside of our control, we have been delayed in the recording of the new album. These delays have in turn hindered our ability to prepare properly for the show, and most importantly have prevented us from fully rehearsing music from the new album which we were looking forward to playing for you so much. We would like this show to be special and focus on looking into the future rather than the past, and rushing now would not do justice to our musical cause.
We are also very sorry that this announcement has been made so close to the original date of the show. For those who are wondering why this has happened this way, it has a lot to do with the logistics of moving the date to later in the year; the rather complex process of looking after existing ticket purchasers, finding a new date to play for you and co-ordinating the several different organisations involved with a show.
For any hardship that can be helped with, we will assist with any enquiries. You can get in touch with the point of purchase if you have not been contacted already about a refund. Please accept our sincere apologies for any trouble this causes to your arrangements, and for those that are able to make it to the new date, we look forward to being able to play for you then.
